ebroker: Interactions – Saving of regularization shipments

ebroker, it allows you View the emails sent about your clients' regularizations.

You can check these shipments at Interactions > envoys, at a general level, at the policy and client level. These shipments are made from the module Policies > Regularizations and from Management control > Regularizations, in other words, Mass shipments of regularizations will also be registered.

From the general module Interactions, you will be able to access the client and the policy on which the sending was made, and it also allows you to see the body of the email and download its attached file.
