680. Interactions – Saving regularization submissions

ebroker allows you to view the emails sent about your clients' regularizations. You can consult these shipments in Interactions > Sent, at a general level, at the policy and client level. From the general Interactions module, you can access the client and the policy on which the sending was made, and it also allows you to view the body of the email and download its attachment.

651. Creating Type Details for Tasks

ebroker, allows you to add new options to choose from in the Det. Type of Tasks. You can create these Type Details by accessing Control Panel > CRM > Tasks. Click on New. In the Task type detail section, write the name with which you want this detail to be identified. In Type, choose the type of task with which it will be related and, in Module, select the module in which you want said detail to appear. Keep in mind that if you select the General module, the detail will only be available when creating Tasks from the General Interactions.

642. External insurance expiration notice

ebroker allows you to monitor the external insurance maturities of your candidates and/or clients on a daily basis by sending an internal communication in the form of an email. This monitoring is done by creating an alarm in the Interactions module. The means of communication must be email and ordinary priority. Select the corresponding template and set it to repeat daily. In the Notify section, choose the Configured option, after which you can specify the email account you want to receive the notifications, and you can even copy more accounts. In the Module section, select Candidates, or Clients, depending on the type of client you want to follow up on. To keep track of both, it would be necessary to create two alarms. In the search catalog, you must use the following filter: Expiration. (in the Profile tab): @DD60D@, that is, Within 60 Days. The number of days can be whatever you want.

578 Repeating alarms.

ebroker, allows you to set the repetition of the execution of an alarm according to different time criteria. Daily: the alarm repeats every day. Weekly: repeats every week on the days indicated in the settings. Fortnightly: it is repeated every fortnight on the day indicated in each one. Monthly: repeats every month on the indicated day. Annual: it is repeated every year in the month and day indicated.

567 Creating tasks from incidents.

ebroker allows you to create a task from an incident and to be related to it. The relationship can be viewed from the task or from the issue. To register a new task, you can do it in the incident module with the option "New task" from the module's general screen or from the "Tasks" section in the incident form. New tasks can be created, modified or deleted. In the same way, you can create incidents from tasks.
