Last October 16 and 17, we actively participated in the IV FECOR Meeting which this year dealt with the topic «Health insurance: Protection and improvement of quality of life«. An exclusive event for insurance brokers in which we have been very present with the participation of some members of the team.
FECOR Training: CIMA Session
On Monday the 16th, FECOR organized a training session on CIMA exclusively for runners who were members of the association, held at the facilities of the insurer Plus Ultra in Madrid. It consisted of two round tables. In the first, which addressed the strategic scope of CIMA, our CEO Higinio Iglesias He participated together with Rosa de Oña from Zúrich and Asunción Blasco from TIREA, with the moderation of Juan Antonio Marín from FECOR.
Next, the Technology Roundtable was held, in which our CBO Pedro Ramos participated alongside Angel Blesa from Codeoscopic, David Millet from MPM Software, and the moderation of Santiago Macho from CIMA, in which they spoke about the importance of sectoral connectivity between brokers and companies through the standardization of CIMA and EIAC.
Round Tables, Proeles and Fecorathon
On Tuesday the 17th, Higinio Iglesias moderated the Round Table “Challenge of health insurance in the context of quality of life care and digital health” with Elena Flores from AXA, Daniel Ciprés from Grupo Catalana Occidente, Alberto Merino from FIATC and Francisco Calderón from MAPFRE, where the Speakers discussed the latest advances in the industry, as well as the challenges facing the health insurance sector in terms of innovation, adaptation to new technologies and the need to continue offering solutions that meet the changing demands of society.
Subsequently, Helena Iglesias, from the ebroker Business Engineering team, was part of the Proeles and Fecorathon exhibition together with Alexandre Martínez from Sanchís Gesció SL., Enrique Maestro from Grupo hIB and Enrique Muñoz from Advans Brókers, debating, from the point of view of the young people, about the influence of technology in the development of health products and its inclusion as part of flexible remuneration in the sector.
Since 2018, ebroker has belonged to FECOR Support group as a technological partner, with the aim of cooperating in promoting the figure of the insurance broker and its important role in the insurance sector. In this sense, ebroker has contributed with the technological contribution of its solutions and through a business project that has been designed by brokers for brokers, and that contributes to the advancement of the digital transformation of the channel.
