ebroker: WhatsApp Web Integration
ebroker, allows you to automatically open WhatsApp conversations with your clients from their files.
En Control panel > User account, inside the tab Configuration For each user, you will find the box WhatsApp Web Integration. Checking it will enable the option Send WhatsApp in the file of customers who have an integrated mobile phone.
When you click, if you have the WhatsApp application downloaded on your computer, it will automatically open with the chat window of the selected number. Otherwise, the conversation will open in WhatsApp Web, in a new browser window.
Whatsapp conversations are not saved in ebroker.
