SIAPOL EIAC, a clear commitment of Allianz and ebroker, for the standard and the integration of processes for the benefit of the insurance broker.
Last May 29 was held, with the participation of the insurer Allianz, the free training Allianz webinar of the SIAPOL EIAC policy management service, in order to promote insurance connectivity. The online seminar has been attended by more than 300 users who have exclusively enjoyed this training.
The webinar was conducted by Higinio Iglesias, CEO of ebroker, who valued very positively the participation and interest of the attending users in this training action, which, since its call, has been widely accepted. In addition, he declared "in ebroker we have a vision of connectivity where the integration of processes is an element that represents efficiency and productivity for the insurance broker".
Next, Gerard Clarés, Head of Connectivity at Allianz, emphasized the relevance of data synchronization between companies and brokers, their connectivity, the close collaboration in this regard with ebroker and the firm commitment of Allianz to the EIAC standard.
Both Allianz and ebroker expressed a firm commitment to the implementation of the standard, proof of this are the SIAPOL and SIAREC functionalities. The latter is the first bidirectional receipt implementation that was carried out with a company, based on EIAC.
Alejandro M. Saralegui, consultant of the ebroker team, explained in detail the operations of the connectivity insurers, the processing of transactions with policies through SIAPOL and the sectorial standard and the resolution of practical cases.
At the end of the Allianz webinar, the runners evaluated, through an online survey, their experience in the seminar, resulting in that 95% of those surveyed considered it very useful.
