ebroker and Arag expand their technological agreement by developing complementary procurement processes for products
The company ARAG, leader and specialist in legal defense insurance and travel assistance, and E2000 Financial Investments SA, owner of the ebroker technological platform, have renewed and expanded their technological cooperation agreement for the reinforcement and development of new connectivity services, available in the ebroker application.
Both organizations began to collaborate in 2006, and since then they have been developing, from the ebroker computer solution, online processes from the ARAG range of Legal Coverage for Drivers, ARAG Card by Points, Travel Assistance and General Legal Protection, which enable the obtaining the insurance offer and its subsequent contracting, in an integrated and direct way from ebroker.
At this moment, the purpose is to develop a configuration system for this type of products so that the user can include them in a disengaged manner and linked to major insurance contracts, as complementary guarantees to these, that operate jointly in the commercial tasks of data capture and supply, and of course in the subsequent issuance, which will make the process, in both cases, unique, in short we make the connectivity processes with Arag in ebroker simpler.
"The objective of this type of agreement is to provide and deepen technological improvements that automate and facilitate the processes of mediation", comments Guillermo Herrera, IT and Administration director of ARAG.
