ebroker allows you to change, at the user level, the appearance of your ebroker, being able to choose between four different themes. With the release of the new interface, ebroker UX+, we will show you below how to modify, individually, the appearance of your work environment. Simply go to Control Panel > User Accounts, and double click on the user for whom you want to make the change. Go to the Themes tab, here you have four different interfaces: Default Transaction High contrast UX+ After making the modification, it is necessary to restart the program.
679. Registry of GDPR actions
ebroker allows you to maintain control of the operations carried out regarding the management of the RGPD. This functionality is found in Tools > Management History > GDPR. The module is made up of a list that shows the different operations carried out related to the RGPD: the creation, deletion, sending and downloading of the document, creation of lists, requests for consent, acceptance and cancellation of purposes, elimination of person-model relationships, and more. At the bottom of the module, you have different filters to refine your searches, being able to specify the type of operation, description, user and date. From the icons shown in the last column you can access the client or document on which the action has been performed and, in the upper right, there are two icons that allow you to download the list shown on the screen in PDF and CSV formats .
673. Validation control
ebroker, allows you to configure the security of access to your database and the strength of the passwords of each user. In Control Panel > Validation control, you have several timers so that you can indicate the number of failed attempts allowed to access the program, the number of minutes of blocking for exceeding access attempts and the number of days for the password to expire user access. There are also different sections to strengthen the security of user passwords.
