675. Candidates/Clients – Expiration of ID and Driver's license
ebroker, allows you to indicate an expiration date of the Identity Document (ID) and the Driver's License of your clients and candidates. Just access the Clients or Candidates module and, in the first Basics tab, on the same line where the DI section is located, you will find the Exp. field. In this section, you can indicate the expiration date of the document indicated identity. Also, in the same Basics tab, right next to the Card, is Expiration. Here, you can enter the expiration date of the client's driver's license.
642. External insurance expiration notice
ebroker allows you to monitor the external insurance maturities of your candidates and/or clients on a daily basis by sending an internal communication in the form of an email. This monitoring is done by creating an alarm in the Interactions module. The means of communication must be email and ordinary priority. Select the corresponding template and set it to repeat daily. In the Notify section, choose the Configured option, after which you can specify the email account you want to receive the notifications, and you can even copy more accounts. In the Module section, select Candidates, or Clients, depending on the type of client you want to follow up on. To keep track of both, it would be necessary to create two alarms. In the search catalog, you must use the following filter: Expiration. (in the Profile tab): @DD60D@, that is, Within 60 Days. The number of days can be whatever you want.

ebroker allows you to predetermine, from the list of addresses you have registered, the one where the candidate or client wants to receive the correspondence.

ebroker allows you to register other addresses of the Candidate or Client (in addition to the one registered as address). The options menu allows you to create new records and modify or delete existing ones.
