The insurer SURNE will adapt its procedures and information exchange formats with the brokers to the EIAC standard.

Within the framework of VII Convención Anual de la Correduría Barymont held in Santander last 21th of October, SURNE and ebroker have formalized a cooperation agreement whereby the technology company will work hand in hand with the insurer in the implementation of specifications of the EIAC standard that will involve an adaptation of the insurer's systems to the new sectoral challenges for the exchange of information.

Consequence of this SURNE will be in the IV Phase of EIAC in the field of bidirectionality in the management of receipts through the SIAREC operation, an exclusive ebroker service of high added value for user brokers by reducing administrative burdens that this work methodology supposes.

SIAREC avoids the need to access the files of the websites of insurers, since the flow of data exchange between company and broker is done daily without assistance, providing integration, updating, bidirectionality and automation in the data flow.

Higinio Iglesias, ebroker CEO: "Our commitment to EIAC is total and therefore we have added value based on the EIAC standard to offer the broker in his relationship with SURNE some services connectivity advanced, SIAREC, which provide a high degree of efficiency and reduction of administrative burden. "

Alex Bilbao, Commercial Director of Surne: “We are an insurer with an unquestionable commitment to the broker channel, and consistently we want to be present in its major strategic initiatives such as EIAC. We will adapt to the EIAC standard from the hand of ebroker due to the positive experience and the result of our close relationship in other connectivity projects for brokers ”. The agreement reached with Surne to promote the use of the EIAC standard in the context of information exchange between the insurer and the brokers integrated in the ebroker technological platform, has materialized with the launch of the current two-way process for SIAREC EIAC receipts.
