MAPFRE will incorporate its business operations into ebroker through connectivity processes for the collective of users of the platform.
11th December 2013. MAPFRE y E2000, SA , owner of the ebroker technology platform, have signed an important cooperation agreement for the development of a broad set of connectivity processes between the business operations of the insurer and that of the collective of ebroker users.
This agreement will provide brokers with a functional operating framework integrated into ebroker to market different insurance products of the company (automobiles, home, communities and funerals) in a first phase, as well as to make inquiries about policies, receipts and claims. In a second phase, new product options are planned for marketing, as well as other high-value functionalities for the broker.
All these advances in the connectivity processes simplify the operation and increase the efficiency of the broker's work with MAPFRE, while achieving the provision of better customer service.
