ebroker allows you to create a task from an incident and to be related to it. The relationship can be viewed from the task or from the issue. To register a new task, you can do it in the incident module with the option "New task" from the module's general screen or from the "Tasks" section in the incident form. New tasks can be created, modified or deleted. In the same way, you can create incidents from tasks.
ebroker allows you to block the registration of a new policy for a client that is shared by more than one entity or branch. Depending on the ownership of the client by a commercial entity or a branch, if another entity or another branch tries to register a new policy, the process is blocked to obtain authorization from the management center. When a policy is to be registered in the system, a blocking message is displayed indicating the circumstance.
ebroker allows you, when registering a policy, to select only specific products. To do this, you must check the option "Block generic products" in the policy settings of the Control Panel.
ebroker allows you to calculate the date for the next review of a claim automatically. To do this, you must define the calculation criteria and the configuration of the review days. Two calculation criteria are used according to: TYPE OF CLAIM: in this case the review date is calculated automatically according to the type of claim selected. LEVEL 2 BRANCH: in this case the review date is automatically calculated according to the level 2 branch of the policy product. Depending on the selected calculation criteria, it is necessary, in the claims parameterization module (Tools> Control panel> Claims) to define the review days for each case.
ebroker allows you to create a parameterization so that, when the date of review of a claim is equal to its criminal statute of limitations, a task is automatically noted on the agenda. For this parameter to be applied, it is necessary that the automatic calculation of prescription dates in car claims is activated.
ebroker allows you to create a plain text file with the receipt numbers that you wish to include in the settlement. When registering the new settlement, you must select "From receipt file" in the drop-down menu and then load the file with the receipt numbers that will be included in the recovery, avoiding having to select one by one.
