Last Thursday, Aspuru Insurance Brokerage visited our technology center in Asturias to draw up the strategic lines of their expansion plan, for which they will have the support and promotion of our insurance ERP through the solutions for managing the business of insurance brokers that we make available to them.

Diego Bacigalupe, Executive Director and Samir Alonso, head of the IT Department of the brokerage with headquarters in Burgos and a long history as users of our platform, held a strategic meeting with Higinio Iglesias, CEO of ebroker; Rafael Alvarez, COO; Saul Gonzalez, CTO; Nuria Alfaro, head of Marketing and Communication; and Mónica García, responsible for Sales; being very useful to better understand the operations of the brokerage and its next expansion plans.

In the productive working day, various topics of interest were discussed to promote our collaboration, specifically the Aspuru brokerage has connected ebroker with external platforms and tools through Web services that allow you to create an ecosystem for the exploitation of information aimed at the commercial analysis of your data. Likewise, it will develop customer data collection forms that will be integrated into the platform, increasing the efficiency of its processes.

The ebroker team informed the brokerage of the new projects and functionalities for data analytics that are being developed in ERO Seguros, as well as our plans with Marketplace Merlin, environment with which the brokerage is already working, and which will imminently include the Home branch and the rest of the branches progressively during this year 2022.

For us, the feedback and opinion from our users is essential in the continuous search for solutions that make the activity of the insurance broker more efficient, through technology and the development of a digital strategy that adapts to the new times and the business models that the brokerage chooses to adopt.
