ebroker: Claims – Office Processor (Official Processing)
ebroker, it allows you indicate the user responsible for the office that generates each incident.
In the Basics of the module Accidents, the field has been implemented Procedure Office, where you can register the user responsible for each office incident. This field allows its modification in a way analogous to that existing for the section Procedure Run..
By clicking on the magnifying glass icon corresponding to the section, all ebroker users will be shown, as long as the user in use is not part of a hierarchy or is a system administrator. If the user is part of a hierarchy, he will only see the dependent users of his hierarchy.
In the active lists and claims templates, you have the corresponding combined field to collect this data in your reports and communications.
