ebroker: Process automation. Override Tracking
ebroker, allows you to automate the follow-up of policy cancellations by sending an internal communication, in the form of an email, to the corresponding users of the brokerage. To do this, you can create an alarm in the policy module, establishing the email type of communication and associating the grouped email template for Cancellation Tracking. In this case, we will send a daily communication with a list of the policies in which the cancellation was recorded on the day.
You must use the following data filter within the search catalog of the policies module:
- Operation date = @TODAY@ (when the annulment was noted, today).
