ebroker: Process automation. Monitoring of new production.

ebroker, allows you to automate the monitoring of new production by sending an internal communication, in the form of an email, to the users of the brokerage, with a list of the new production policies corresponding to the period you determine.

To do this, you can create an alarm in the policy module, establishing the communication medium type email and associating the corresponding template. In this case, we will send a communication, every Friday, with a list of the policies registered in your ebroker during the last week.

For this purpose, you must use the following data filters within the search catalog:

• Registration date = @ H7D @: @ TODAY @
• Cancellation date = NULL
