ebroker: Priority in incidents

ebroker allows you to set priorities when creating an incident. You just have to go to «New Incident» and select in the drop-down the priority (Urgent, High, Medium or Low).

When viewing incidents, it will be easy for you to distinguish their priority thanks to the color assigned to each type:

  • RED = Urgent
  • Orange = High
  • BLUE = Average
  • Black = Low
